Clay Murphy
Mechanical Engineer

Clay is a man in search of solutions. As a mechanical engineer with AllEarth Renewables, Clay enjoys wrapping his hands and his mind around each product and lean manufacturing challenge the renewable energy business sends his way.

A 2009 graduate from the University of Vermont with a BS in Mechanical Engineering (and mathematics minor), Clay is passionate about protecting the earth's natural resources. This interest only grew during his employment with WeatherFlow, where his duties included equipment preparation and traveling the eastern seaboard to perform weather station maintenance. That position allowed him to experience first-hand the powers of the wind and sun, a natural precursor to his job with AllEarth Renewables.

A native Vermonter, Clay enjoys hurtling down a snow-laden mountainside (skiing) and waterfalls (whitewater kayaking) as well as mountain biking, camping, and hiking.
