LEAN MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

PURCHASING/SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Are you engineering oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills? Purchasing involves more than buying. Can you understand the needs of our engineers and work as a team to find solutions that are lean? Does the concept of working to actually develop and establish our supply chain excite you? Do you have negotiation, analysis, and organizational skills?

Great Plains experience is a great plus. Lean experience is a must. A bachelor's degree is required, a technical degree is preferred.

TOOLING ENGINEER

Work directly with our engineering team to create tooling for automated manufacturing. Develop tools for piercing, bending and punching. Experience with the hydraulic systems and metal working machines a must.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Do you live, breathe and write code? We are looking for an engineer to write embedded software for microcontrollers in C and assembly language. Be part of the team developing electronics controls for our family of wind turbines. Projects will range from turbine controls to automated production test fixtures and data acquisition. Visual Basic and PLC programming experience are a plus.

This candidate must have a strong background in digital electronics, clean coding practices and the desire to work in a rapidly moving industry. At least three years experience in embedded programming is required.

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Earth Turbines is looking for technically minded individuals to join our manufacturing team. Work both independently and in a team to build, assemble and test our wind turbines and electronic controls. Work will include mechanical assembly; quality control tasks and packaging. Experience in a machine shop is a plus. Minimal field work is available. Work environment models a lean manufacturing operation.
